We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily order and account coordination for a busy team in California. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, order accuracy, and cross-functional follow-up in a fast-paced office setting. The person in this role will help maintain product availability awareness, manage high-volume inquiries, and ensure timely service through strong attention to detail and dependable administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor product availability and confirm stock status to support customer requests and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate closely with the shipping team to track outgoing orders and help ensure deliveries arrive as scheduled.
• Enter and update customer, order, and inventory information accurately using alphanumeric data entry systems.
• Respond to a steady volume of inbound calls each day while providing attentive and solutions-focused customer support.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics AX to locate product details, review records, and assist with order-related inquiries.
• Process order entry activities and maintain organized documentation for customer transactions and service requests.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues involving inventory, shipment timing, or account questions.
• Provide consistent administrative support while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.• At least 3 years of office or customer service experience in a business environment that values attention to detail.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling data entry, order information, and customer records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning business software used for customer and order support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Background in order entry, customer assistance, and general administrative office support.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills or experience in a construction-related office environment is a plus.
