We are seeking a General Surgery Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a dynamic and highly collaborative surgical team that values teamwork, flexibility, and professional growth.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, 40-hour position in a fast-paced but highly supportive surgical environment. The practice includes 4 surgeons and 1 PA , offering strong collaboration and a true team-based model of care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a predictable schedule, clinical variety, and a balance of inpatient floor work and procedural involvement .

Your Schedule & Structure

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 1 weekend of rounding required (no call during weekend coverage)
• Primarily inpatient floor-based work with consults (8 per day)
• Flexible and predictable scheduling environment
• Strong team support to promote work-life balance

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Managing post-operative and surgical patients throughout their care journey
• Completing inpatient consults and rounding on surgical patients
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and APP colleagues
• Supporting clinical decision-making in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Opportunity to scrub in with surgeons if interested
• Opportunity to teach and supervise residents in an academic-supported environment
