Revenue Operations Specialist

Coordinate activities of the billing process Perform billing duties with varying levels of complexity Prepare invoices for finalization in line with internal and external regulations and legislation, including VAT, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules under the Criminal Finances Act, and applicable money laundering regulations Prepare and analyze client billing requests Create, edit, and submit bills in accordance with firm and client requirements Review proformas, handle corrections, and coordinate e-billing Ensure successful delivery of invoices Coordinate with revenue and e-billing teams to resolve rejections and reductions Generate and review proformas from 3E for informational and billing purposes Utilize computerized billing and payable software modules to complete billing processes, research issues, and provide information to customers Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information Requirements Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines Strong technology skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably Prior experience in a professional services environment, preferably Experience using financial systems, preferably Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in billing processes, including invoice preparation, compliance with regulations such as VAT and money laundering laws, and effective communication across organizational levels. Proficient in utilizing financial systems and technology to manage billing tasks efficiently.
