About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Director, Head of Clinical Pharmacology with a focus on oncology. This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned clinical pharmacology expert who can provide scientific, strategic, and operational guidance across the development portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical pharmacology and translational PK/PD activities, influencing key development decisions, and ensuring the alignment of clinical pharmacology deliverables with the overall development strategy. A hands-on approach to the science, coupled with the ability to mentor and lead a growing function, is essential. The role also involves close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate development decisions and optimize patient outcomes. Applicants must have a PhD, PharmD, or MD in a relevant scientific discipline, with at least 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly in clinical pharmacology, DMPK, or related functions. Deep expertise in clinical pharmacology, PK/PD modeling, population PK, exposure-response analysis, and translational drug development, specifically in the context of oncology and biologics, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, extensive experience in supporting development programs, and a proven track record in leading high-performing scientific teams. Experience in regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and a strong understanding of global regulatory expectations are also key qualifications for this role.
