Accounting Assistant Sioux Falls, SD | Monday - Friday | Full Time Make an impact where accuracy and service matter. Mitographers, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our accounting operations and deliver a high-quality experience for both internal teams and external customers. This role plays a key part in invoicing, accounts receivable, and maintaining financial accuracy across the business. What You’ll Do Own daily invoicing – ensure all customer invoices are accurate, complete, and sent on time Manage accounts receivable & collections – track past-due accounts and drive timely payment resolution Support customers professionally – respond to invoice and payment inquiries with clarity and urgency Ensure data accuracy – verify invoices, POs, and documentation to maintain financial integrity Assist across teams – provide administrative and cross-functional support as needed What Success Looks Like 100% of invoices generated and sent daily Timely follow-up on all past-due accounts Same-day customer setup once documentation is complete Organized, accurate documentation across systems What You Bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business OR 1–3 years of related experience Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset Why Mitographers, Inc.
