Onsite Collections Representative
$17/hr + monthly performance incentives

- Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries
- Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
- Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
- Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
- Consistently meet performance and quality goals
- Monthly and quarterly performance-based incentives
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with opportunities for time off based on call volumes
- Bilingual differential for fluency in Spanish - 15% (starting wage of $19.55/hr)
