A leading healthcare institution is seeking an Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations to manage and enhance outpatient pharmacy services. You will lead the 340B program and engage in strategic initiatives to improve pharmacy services for patients. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD, extensive experience in retail/hospital settings, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
