Who You Are
Grinder with huge work ethic - hungry, never satisfied, and low ego
Consistently crushed quota with experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or a similar high-velocity industry (fintech strongly preferred)
Competitive DNA via collegiate sports, startups, online business, or other high-pressure pursuits (athletics a strong plus)
Shameless persistence - fearless on phones, sharp writer, relentless in follow-through and execution
Work is core to your life/identity - driven to earn a ton of money and grow FAST
