Corporate Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with approximately 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions. This role offers meaningful responsibility and direct client engagement, with opportunities to take ownership of key aspects of transactions from inception through closing. The associate will play a central role in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting and managing due diligence, coordinating deal processes, and supporting partners across all phases of complex matters. The position involves working closely with clients on a variety of middle-market transactions. The role includes leveraging firm-supported legal technology and AI tools to streamline due diligence, analyze transaction documents, and improve overall deal execution. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience handling middle-market transactions at a large law firm or similarly sophisticated practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arnall Golden Gregory LLP
