The company is transitioning to new accounting software and is looking for someone who can support the accounting team while they work through the change. - Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash application
- Complete reconciliations and work with accounting data in Excel
- Help clean up data during the software transition
- Document processes and help the team cross-train on key tasks
- Hands-on experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or a similar role
- A solid understanding of basic accounting work
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Dependability, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
- Someone who communicates well, asks questions, and enjoys working with a team
