Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager is a part of the Central Europe Operations team based in Stuttgart, Germany. They will be in charge of the implementation of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years' experience in project management, ideally in the implementation of HR dedicated IT solutions. They will have good technical and consulting skills to carry out projects with national and international scope. Experience using or implementing SaaS or in-house systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, ) or document management systems is an advantage.

Strong oral and written communications

Excellent client presentation skills

Technical basis for understanding PeopleDoc solutions (solution architecture, database and security) and sFTP/SSO setup

Experience with HR SaaS Software, especially Workday and SAP SuccessFactors

Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness

Sense of organization, discipline

Experienced project manager

Education levels: Bachelor or Master degree

Languages: Fluent in English and German

Ability to travel at short notice (ca. 30% client meetings in the DACH region)
