You will not be building an existing structure but creating a global IT landscape almost from scratch. Your expertise will shape the way our company operates, collaborates, and grows worldwide. Your Responsibilities:

• Support our global Enterprise IT PMO, lead central IT initiatives, and orchestrate internal and external stakeholders - with a clear focus on actively shaping the future of RIB instead of managing existing structures. Hands-on.
• Support the PMO and be part of a team of project managers (m/w). You will have the freedom to make your own decisions, take responsibility, and actively shape the direction of our global IT transformation.
• Lead several initiatives to individual programs independently and with great autonomy within the framework of the global ONE RIB transformation, with which we set a worldwide standard.
• Selectively dive into focus topics in detail, help reduce complexity, and develop pragmatic solution proposals for challenges.
• Sovereignly steer different stakeholder interests, moderate conflicts if necessary, and provide orientation.
• Direct reporting line to the Global Head of IT, close cooperation with the IT leadership team, and high senior management exposure of you and your topics.
• Initiate changes in processes, methods, and tools and inspire colleagues for new ways of working.

Your Profile:

• A completed degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration) or comparable qualification. On top: in-depth knowledge in the field of internal IT or digital transformation.
• At least 5 years in the management of IT projects or programs, ideally in a corporation with a matrix structure or in consulting.
• Experience in the analysis, digitization, and optimization of complex business processes.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Planner, Power Automate, brainstorming tools,...).
• Enjoyment of complex tasks, structured work, and hypothesis-based approach.
• Team-oriented working style, sense of responsibility, and the ability to motivate colleagues.
• High implementation orientation, prioritization skills, and pragmatism.
• Very good German and English skills (at least level C1), because this role is interdisciplinary (close cooperation with international colleagues).
