Job Overview:

As a Client Relations Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on our realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services. This fast-paced, people-first role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the advisor for clients seeking guidance on realty, mortgage, and insurance products and services
• Communicate clearly and professionally while building rapport with clients
• Assess client needs and provide timely, practical solutions
• Manage multiple client interactions and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Deliver a consistently positive, client-first experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Possess, or ability to obtain, NMLS license prior to starting in the role

Compensation:

The estimated range of $45,000 – $80,000 reflects the budgeted amount for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related business considerations, such as relevant qualifications, experience, location, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related reasons. Where applicable, this position is eligible for incentive compensation and/or discretionary bonus opportunities.
