Certified Surgical Technologist - Ortho/Joint Experience

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with Ortho/Joint experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will display a high level of accountability and expertise, working collaboratively within our fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and ensure proper hygiene protocols are followed
• Handle instruments and materials during surgery
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety
• Assist with post-operative care as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience as a CST
• Current NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to submission
• Experience with Ortho/Joint surgeries is a must
• Preferred: Level I trauma experience and prior Meditech experience
