Technical Business Analyst- Remote
Staffing the Universe
Technical Business Analyst
Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis. Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow tool. Track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries. Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations. Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues. Track and follow up with vendors and Client teams until completion/closure of the incidents. Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings. Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project. Work with internal Client teams through service/technical requests.
