Therapist Position at Clarvida - Arizona

Job Title: Therapist Location: Yuma, Arizona (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35.50-$55/hr Billable hours

About Your Role As a Therapist at Clarvida, you will work collaboratively with the clinical team, providing support to children, youth, adults, and families through assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities. You will have the ability to work independently with clients, as well as part of a team, coordinating with schools, court systems, medical professionals, and other involved parties to help clients succeed. You will join a supportive and dynamic office environment, including activities such as cook-off competitions, spirit week celebrations, and community program events. We offer free licensure supervision, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning for clients
• Provide crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including schools, court systems, and medical professionals
• Work independently with clients and as part of a team
• Coordinate services and support for client success

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
• 1+ years of counseling/mental health experience
• Licensed in Arizona as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Substance Abuse, or Associate Counselor
• Bi-lingual and substance abuse experience is a plus
