Dallas Showroom Manager

Summary of Position At Surya, you will learn how to work within an entrepreneurial environment. The Showroom Manager will proactively manage the customer experience at the Surya showroom, support marketing events, handle day‑to‑day showroom maintenance, maintain and grow relationships with retail and designer networks, and educate walk‑in guests to convert visits into sales. Responsibilities Open, maintain and manage showroom facilities and appearance, including merchandising Act as a brand advocate and acquire deep knowledge of the company and products Offer an exceptional customer experience to every customer throughout all interactions with the showroom Develop ideas and execute strategies to drive traffic to the showroom, expanding regional furniture, gift, and design accounts and increasing product sales Report and analyze critical showroom metrics Assist the sales, operations and marketing team members as needed Multitask and meet established objectives and deadlines Manage our memberships with industry associations such as ASID and IDS Requirements 3-5 years of home accessories industry sales experience Proven analytical and interpersonal skills Engaging and welcoming personality, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor Exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to drive results Experience with industry associations Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn product information Ability to take ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks and fulfill them quickly and accurately Ability to work with team members from all company departments Benefits Generous PTO policy starting at 15 days for the first year Voluntary Employee Life, Spouse Life, Child Life coverages Short Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance paid for by Surya #J-18808-Ljbffr
