Loan Document Operations Analyst

Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Document Operations Analyst to join a growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services.

This role supports loan documentation, fulfillment, and post-closing processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, comfortable working with documents and systems, and eager to learn structured business processes in a professional office environment.

• Review, prepare, print, package, and ship loan-related documents
• Process and organize physical documentation with a high degree of accuracy
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
• Support document review and redisclosure activities
• Review settlement and refund information to ensure accuracy
• Compare documents and validate data for consistency
• Manage requests received through shared mailboxes and workflow queues
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues
• Follow established procedures and service-level expectations

• High school diploma required
• College coursework or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Technology, or a related field preferred
• Ability to type 50+ WPM
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or operational experience
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to compare documents, identify discrepancies, and follow structured processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Financial services, banking, mortgage, or lending experience
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Exposure to document review, auditing, reconciliation, or analytical work
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
