Director, Respiratory Patient Experience & Access Marketing Lead

Director role leading patient experience and access marketing strategy for Amgen's respiratory portfolio. Bridges brand priorities with patient access and reimbursement capabilities, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between brand, patient support, and payer stakeholders to optimize patient and provider journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient experience and access marketing strategy for respiratory portfolio, integrating patient support with brand priorities
• Design future-state patient and provider journeys, define service model requirements, and chair monthly portfolio journey council
• Govern intake and prioritization of portfolio requests, assess patient journey value, and develop PAR investment recommendations
• Lead and develop patient experience team; establish priorities, accountabilities, and coaching opportunities for team members
• Partner with analytics and brand teams to define journey metrics, deliver quarterly business reviews, and communicate performance to executives

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 4 years relevant experience, OR Master's degree plus 8 years, OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years
• Minimum 4 years directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
• Experience in patient access, access marketing, patient support, or brand marketing in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to lead portfolio strategy and cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
• Understanding of US payer dynamics, reimbursement, and patient access barriers
• Advanced degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field (preferred)
