Recruiting Coordinator Opportunity About We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting people. In this role, you’ll help drive our recruiting efforts by: Posting roles and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions Scheduling interviews and tracking candidates through the full hiring process Supporting onboarding, offer letters and internal transfers Maintaining recruiting tools, trackers, and process improvements Supporting recruiters and sourcers in day‑to‑day needs to accelerate overall results What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience Strong communication skills and high attention to detail Self‑driven, collaborative, and eager to learn Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, people‑focused environment Why Pennant We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match), professional development opportunities, and a culture that celebrates growth and excellence.
