Program Specialist

Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator Location: Pan India (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours) Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies regarding therapy status, prescriptions, and program-related queries. Support patient access programs, benefits verification, prior authorization, reimbursement, and pharmacy support activities. Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance to patients while addressing healthcare and insurance-related concerns. Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and patient eligibility for treatment programs. Research and resolve patient, provider, and pharmacy inquiries using multiple systems and tools. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to facilitate timely access to therapy. Manage high-volume call volumes while meeting productivity, quality, and service-level targets. Follow SOPs, compliance requirements, and organizational guidelines in a regulated healthcare environment. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process or Contact Center. Mandatory experience in US Healthcare. Experience in Patient Access Programs, HUB Services, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, Reimbursement, or Pharmacy Support preferred. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
