Lead CustodianThis position works Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Compensation: Range 125; Schedule M; Step 1: $4,490.24 - Step 5: $5,457.93 (Monthly). This is a promotional and open recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill vacancies. The examination process will consist of a written examination and an oral technical interview. Applicants will be notified of their application status via email.The Lead Custodian position provides custodial services at assigned sites to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. The Lead Custodian performs a variety of specialized cleaning tasks, oversees the preparation of facilities for instructional activities and campus events; supports and coordinates the work of assigned custodial staff, and ensures all duties are completed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.Minimum qualifications: Experience: Two years of custodial experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License requirements: Possession of a valid California driver's license.
