Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chicago, IL. The Salesperson will welcome customers, provide personalized styling assistance, and guide shoppers through product features, fit, and care. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking and organizing the sales floor, processing transactions, and handling returns or exchanges with care and accuracy. The role also involves building customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and supporting store events or promotions. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure a warm, inclusive, and efficient retail environment. Qualifications Customer service and clienteling skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide personalized assistance. Sales and retail skills, such as product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and goal-oriented performance. Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written communication and comfort engaging diverse customers. Organization and attention to detail, including inventory handling, accurate cash and POS processing, and maintaining store standards. Teamwork and reliability, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, follow direction, and support a positive store culture. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require. Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred, especially in premium or luxury environments.
