Commonwealth Endodontics is seeking a skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice in Lexington, Kentucky. As the founding Endodontist, you will play a key role in defining the clinical philosophy, workflows, and patient experience. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping build a premier endodontic destination in the Lexington community.

Benefits:

• A guaranteed day rate
• $40,000 Sign on bonus

Compensation: $1,300/day or 50% of net collections, the greater thereof

What You'll Bring To The Table

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Board eligibility or board certification preferred
• Active or eligible Kentucky dental license
• Passion for patient-centered care, leadership, and practice development
