Quick Facts: Location: 3186 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89169 Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotating) Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Per diem / Contract (details discussed upon application) License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Experience: At least 2 years in neonatal or pediatric critical care Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Competitive hourly rate Comprehensive health insurance plans (Medical, Dental, Vision) Retirement plan options Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance (where applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay Access to advanced neonatal technologies and specialized team environment What You’ll Do: Manage complex neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU setting Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Utilize advanced technology including neonatal ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and whole-body cooling Provide acute care and participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Support family-centered care and communicate with families about treatment plans Document care accurately in compliance with hospital standards What You Need: Required: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Active Nevada license or ability to obtain Minimum of 2 years neonatal ICU experience Certifications in BLS, and NRP (preferably) Preferred: Experience with ECMO and advanced neonatal interventions Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This assignment involves working in a state-of-the-art 72-bed Level III NICU supporting critically ill neonates, including extremely low birth weight infants. The team provides advanced neonatal interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, and therapeutic cooling, all within a collaborative, innovative environment focused on exceptional outcomes and family support.
