Position Overview:

Role Title: Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This position transcends the typical Clinic Director role; it offers a unique chance to become an Equity Partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from its inception. You will have a significant influence on the clinic's location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will assist you with Marketing, Human Resources, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, Revenue Cycle Management, and other essential support to ensure the success of your expanding clinic.

Compensation Details:

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: This role is also eligible for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity opportunities, and Relocation Assistance.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A strong desire to mentor and develop others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to growing the clinic, fostering community relationships, and cultivating a positive team culture.
