We are seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner who is a licensed physical therapist. This role transcends traditional clinic management; it offers a unique chance to become an equity partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from its inception. You will have the opportunity to influence the clinic's location, culture, team dynamics, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will assist you with various aspects such as marketing, human resources, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, revenue cycle management, and more to ensure the success of your clinic.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually . Additional compensation opportunities include:

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is necessary.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment is essential.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A strong desire to mentor and develop team members is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• A commitment to fostering community relationships and a positive team culture is important.
• Dedication to achieving exceptional patient outcomes and maintaining high-quality care is crucial.
