You will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a Front-of-House team of 35-40 Team Members, including 4 leaders. The ideal candidate will have at least three - five years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
