Permanent People are proud to be partnering with one of New York’s most respected recruitment agencies as they seek a dynamic Recruitment Leader to take charge of their high-performing team within the Design, Creative, Architecture and Product space.
You’ll lead a small group of experienced 360 recruiters, driving performance, nurturing talent, and setting the strategic direction for one of the agency’s most profitable and prestigious offices.

The Role
- Leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 360 recruiters focused on niche roles across the East Coast.
- Developing and executing growth strategies, including client acquisition and candidate engagement.
- Driving billings while setting a high-performance culture built on collaboration, delivery, and integrity.
- Acting as a trusted leader internally and a sector expert externally.
- Reporting into senior leadership and contributing to the wider business strategy.
About You
- Proven leadership experience in recruitment, ideally within Design, Creative, Product sector a related industry.
- Strong 360 recruitment background – confident in winning business and mentoring others to do the same.
- A natural leader – commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and highly motivating.
- Track record of building or scaling high-performing recruitment teams.
- Ambition to help shape the future of a growing business in one of NYC’s most exciting sectors.
