About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems that support scalable applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate machine learning frameworks, and establishing best practices for infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response. This role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring a team of engineers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that infrastructure strategies align with business goals. The ideal candidate for the Head of Infrastructure position at the company will have a background of at least 5 years in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with a strong emphasis on engineering leadership. Proficiency in Kubernetes is essential, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch is highly valued. The role requires a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, as well as knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, are preferred.
