CNC Machinist

Shifts

3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (40 hours/week) >15% shift differential

Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM + one weekday 8-hour 3rd shift (32 hours/week) >25% shift differential

• Operate CNC machinery including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers)
• Inspect and audit setups and completed work for quality compliance
• Read and edit G-code programs as needed
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and productivity

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (aerospace or similar manufacturing environment preferred)
• Technical/trade school certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Experience with setup verification and quality auditing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
