Job Title: Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Full Benefits + Bonuses

A growing and well-established manufacturer in Ennis, TX is hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead purchasing, supplier management, and inventory strategy. This is a key role focused on cost control, on-time delivery, and supporting large-scale production operations.

Day to Day

Lead procurement and purchasing for steel and related materials
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations
Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control
Work closely with operations and production teams
Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations

Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing
Steel, metals, manufacturing, or heavy industrial background preferred
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Inventory and ERP/MRP system experience
Experienced with Tekla Software
