Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Practice Administrator. This position is responsible for daily operations management and supervision in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Duties include but not limited to: Exhibits effective leadership skills through planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating practice functions in relation to IPM and UHS vision, mission, goals, values and policies and procedures. Maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, proper credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (CBO, marketing, quality team, business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c-suite, facilities, vendors, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practice operations. Primary practice liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations, volume, and revenue generation to ensure practice budgets are met and provider subsidies are kept to a minimum. Participates in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding. Demonstrates service excellence, conveys professionalism, and always maintain appropriate confidentiality. Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment. Must attend mandatory meetings.

Qualifications Experience/Training/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. Minimum Five (5) years healthcare supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems Medical and billing terminology and revenue cycle operations Knowledge of healthcare or hospital office settings Service excellence, and recruiting, training, leading and performance management of staff. Certifications/Licenses: Current CA Drivers License. Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in using office equipment such as fax machine, copier and telephone system. Works in a well-lighted, OSHA Standard environment. May be in contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances. Occasionally subject to irregular hours. May be required to wear personal protective equipment as necessary. Multitasking, decision making, process improvement. Project management. Interpersonal skills, communication, leadership. Computer proficiency. Excellent customer service. Business savvy.
