• Experience: Minimum 2+ years' neonatal experience

What You ll Do:

• Provide neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and 3,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with team of neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists
• Manage high-risk newborns, including preemies and critically ill infants
• Participate in transport staffing for regional hospital transfers
• Deliver family-centered care alongside specialists in pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and more
• Support the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of safety and care

What You Need:

• Current NNP Board Certification (cannot accept FNP, PNP)
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal nurse practitioner experience
• Valid Florida license and active Florida DEA
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• Ability to complete onboarding and training scheduled on set Wednesdays
