Roman Stones is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our countertop and cabinet business. We specialize in granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with customers, following up with leads, building relationships, and actively finding new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Respond to and follow up with incoming customer leads Generate new leads and actively seek new customers Build relationships with contractors, builders, real estate investors, property managers, designers, and homeowners Contact potential commercial and residential clients Help customers select countertop and cabinet options Prepare and follow up on estimates Follow up consistently with customers until the sale is closed Maintain relationships with previous customers and referral partners Help grow Roman Stones' presence throughout the local market What We're Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Motivated and comfortable with sales Organized and consistent with customer follow-ups Comfortable making calls, sending messages, networking, and visiting potential clients Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone highly motivated and willing to learn Construction, remodeling, countertop, cabinet, or home-improvement sales experience is a plus Compensation: Competitive compensation with commission opportunities based on sales and performance.
