Certified Purchasing Agent

To support procurement operations, the full-time remote Certified Purchasing Agent will review and process purchase orders, evaluate vendors, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: Research and evaluate potential vendors and agreements Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with purchase orders Maintain working relationships with vendors and address invoicing terms as needed Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related discipline Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or willingness to obtain within 12 months Two years of experience in procurement of goods and services Experience in procurement within a government contracting environment is preferred Familiarity with DelTek Costpoint is preferred
