Certified Compensation Consultant

To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time Certified Compensation Consultant will design, implement, and manage non-executive Total Rewards programs while working primarily remotely with occasional office presence in Arlington, TX. Key responsibilities Design and maintain all non-executive Total Rewards programs, including compensation and performance management rewards Project manage market studies and Total Rewards initiatives, collaborating with HR leaders to ensure consistent execution and gather feedback Analyze data to define problems and provide consultation on Total Rewards, participating in special projects related to compensation programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5 years of compensation or HR-related experience required Healthcare experience preferred Oracle Fusion system experience preferred CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
