Regional Multi-Family Renovation Superintendent – Lead Premier Multi-Family Projects with All Weather Contractors

Job Overview

• Company: All Weather Contractors
• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus the opportunity for prevailing wage jobs as well as ESOP.
• Location: South Florida Region (Onsite), 50% travel
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Project Scope: Multi-Family Renovation and Rehabilitation Projects
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: OSHA 30 Certification, Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary on-site field leader driving regional multi-family renovation projects across South Florida. This role empowers you to direct field staff, manage trade subcontractors, and oversee daily site logistics while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. How You Will Make an Impact

• Oversee all phases of assigned multi-family renovation projects to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Direct daily field operations, trade subcontractors, self-performing work crews, and material suppliers across assigned sites.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using BuilderTrend to coordinate daily sequencing and trade workflows.
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies by leading regular site safety meetings.
• Partner with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, change management, and client expectations.
• Manage subcontractor performance by conducting quality control inspections and resolving field conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily field logs, progress reports, and job documentation using BuilderTrend, SharePoint, and Sage software.
• Perform site visits and travel up to 50% to manage multi-site project operations effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision, multi-family renovation, or project management.
• Valid OSHA 30 or higher certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Proven track record of managing multiple active job sites, complex schedules, and trade subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting systems.
• Professionalism working in both unoccupied and occupied units.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Formal Quality Control training and experience with design-build renovation methodologies.
• Professional experience using BuilderTrend, Sage 300, and Field Materials software.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
