Cross Country Education is looking for a licensed School Psychologist to join our collaborative team to champion student mental health and academic growth in Naperville, IL for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: School Psychologist (Certified) Discipline: School Services Start Date: 08/12/2026 Duration: 43 weeks 31.5 hours per week Shift: 6 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, interpret cognitive and behavioral data, and prepare detailed reports to determine special education eligibility for elementary students. Divide time across two elementary campuses to actively lead IEP meetings, consult with educators, and guide Child Study/problem-solving teams. Design and implement individual or school-wide positive behavioral support plans, offering targeted interventions to support students' mental health and academic success. Qualifications Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement Prior experience working within a school or pediatric setting (Preferred) Benefits Top Compensation: Earn $49.20- $55.30 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a School Psychologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
