This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Part-time (3days per week) within Monday – Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes: Glasgow, St. Albans, and Morgantown, West Virginia(telehealth) Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of$47,441 – $56,929 annuallywith no cap on productivity income Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted West Virginia independent LPC, LMHC or LMFT license LCSW not considered at this time Eligible for independent practice and billing 6 months– 1 year experience Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred 401k for part-time Uncapped compensation paid biweekly Industry-leading onboarding training program Company issued iPad supporting seamless remote access for enhanced collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support Professional liability insurance About the City In addition to being a gateway city for recreational activities in the mountains and on nearby rivers, Charleston is a destination in and of itself for the the culture, fun and exciting experiences for the whole family.
