We are seeking an experienced  Attorney  to handle a variety of personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate who is comfortable managing cases independently, communicating with clients, and working toward favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, litigation, or resolution.
• Evaluate claims, liability, damages, and available insurance coverage.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Handle case strategy, negotiations, discovery, pleadings, and other litigation-related responsibilities as needed.
• Review medical records, bills, and other documentation to assess damages and case value.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial when necessary.
• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation.
• Work with support staff and other professionals to efficiently move cases forward.
• Provide thoughtful legal guidance and strong client advocacy throughout the life of each case.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience handling personal injury cases preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, insurance coverage, and litigation practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
• Comfortable handling matters involving  Hartford and Midcontinent  insurance carriers.
