At GCVS, we offer a comprehensive range of veterinary specialties, including emergency and critical care, anesthesia and pain management, avian and exotic animal medicine, cardiology, dermatology and allergy care, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, neurology and neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, sports medicine and rehabilitation, and surgery and orthopedics. About the Role:

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.

• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.

• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Compensation:

• $17 - $19 depending on experience

• • $$ differentials offered for after hours (+$2/hr.)/weekends (+$3/hr.)

Schedule:

• Full Time 

• Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• 9am - 8pm
