As an Assisted Living Caregiver , you'll help residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life by providing compassionate support and companionship.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Supporting personal organization, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Administering or assisting with medications under nurse supervision
- Encouraging participation in activities and appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Serving as a trusted resource for residents and families
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living, RCAC, or CBRF
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CNA certification preferred
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must obtain required certifications upon hire (training provided as needed)
