My client, an excellent Public, Commercial Biotech in Cambridge MA is hiring for a Senior Accountant to join the team. The Senior Accountant will report to the AD of Corporate Accounting and handle all things accounting including some FP& A work. Additionally, a good amount of business partnering will take place in this role so strong communication skills are needed. Compensation for this position is $100-120K + 12.5% + RSU's. This company has a handful of products that are commercial and these products are funding operations, they offer a great hybrid arrangement of only 1 day a week in office, offer excellent benefits, tons of growth potential, a great culture/work life balance and a whole lot more!

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 2+ years of experience and this can be a from a top tier public accounting firm or public/private mix
- CPA is a plus
- Public Company experience required
