Lighthouse Construction is looking for a highly motivated full-time Project Manager. The Project Manager is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is coordinated and provide direction to the onsite Superintendent and Trades. We do Construction Management and General Contracting throughout the state of Delaware. We work in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. We primarily do commercial projects and a mix of New Construction and Renovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

· Ensure that the contract efforts are in conjunction and synchronization with the project design data.

· Assist in the review of Construction Documents.

· Assist with Bidding Process, including the pre-bid documents, receipt of the bids, descope of the bids and awarding of the contract.

· Assist in the project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

· Work with contractors on change orders presented through the contract

· Work with the Superintendent to coordinate daily operations of the trades

· Monitor Construction work throughout construction process to ensure the project matches the approved plans and specifications

· Ensure project maintains the schedule and meets all major milestones

· Coordinate with the Superintendent and Trades all necessary onsite inspections

· Work with Local, State, and Federal Agencies

· Purchasing and Procurement of Materials

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry

· Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office or a willingness to learn. 

· Knowledge of Sage system is beneficial but not required, however the ability to learn the system during training is a requirement.

· Strong Leadership Skills

· Self-Motivated

· Ability to work within CAD

· PDF proficient
