HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain open communication channels.
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting KPIs, goals, and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
- Handle audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Manage leave policies, attendance systems, and employee wellness programs.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
