The Automotive BDC Representative plays a crucial role in supporting dealership sales by managing incoming and outgoing customer communications. As an individual contributor, this role focuses on lead management, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient sales support. Occasional travel to dealership locations may be required, but day-to-day duties are primarily remote or office-based.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships
• Schedule appointments for sales and service teams
• Manage and update leads in the CRM system
• Provide timely customer support and resolve inquiries
• Support the sales team by communicating qualified leads

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
