We look forward to welcoming you to our team and helping you thrive at Freeman Health System!**What You’ll Do**The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process to include but not limited to posting open positions online, application review, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. They will work closely with the system, hiring managers to deliver the best qualified candidates. This position ensures compliance with all federal and state guidelines while also delivering the best candidate experience. Manage the full recruiting life cycle process utilizing Workday for applicant tracking system.Talent Acquisition is a fast-paced environment and will require a high degree of multi-tasking as well as attention to detail.
