About the Role:

As the Vice President of Laboratory Operations , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, including laboratory testing, quality control, and safety. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of patient care and satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing laboratory policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the laboratory operations team, including laboratory testing, quality control, and safety

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
