Corporate Recruiter

About the Role:

As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for implementing research strategies and the identifying Candidates for the Talent Acquisition team in the Corporate Office. You will work in collaboration with the TA team. This role is critical because it provides the pipeline of candidates for the client company's Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate development, and candidate flow.

• Manage recruitment across company functions, including but not limited to - Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Marketing.

• Manage research and search strategy development for each open position.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication from initial contact through onboarding.

• Serve as a talent advisor and thought leader when partnering and collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners through the recruiting process.

• Maintain and populate the recruitment/staffing database throughout the recruiting process from requisition approval through onboarding of candidates.

• Conduct and utilize market research, insights, and data analysis to make hiring recommendations that support the company's recruitment strategy.

• Collaborate frequently with members of the recruiting team as well as business and client partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, prior experience in corporate recruiting preferred

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software, as well as additional recruiting resources.

• Experience with using data to provide recommendations with hiring decisions

• Experience partnering with a variety of clients, including senior leadership

Additional Details:

• Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Hybrid work model – onsite days Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Parking: On-campus parking available.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
